After The Auction Ends

Soon after the last item in the auction is over you will receive an automatically generated email with your invoice attached. If you do not receive this email please check your spam box and then contact us.

Instructions will be printed on this invoice that will tell you when and where to pick up your purchases. (This date and time is also listed under the Terms & Details for each auction.)

Accepted payment forms are as follows: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.

Sales tax will be collected for the state that the items are located. All buyers are charged sales tax unless the proper tax exempt forms have been submitted before the close of the event. Please contact us with your exempt form before auction starts.

If you need your items shipped or stored please respond to the email or call the phone number on the invoice and let us know what you'd like to do. If an auction is based in our warehouse we will have employees who will be able to assist you in the loading of your items. If an auction is based on-site you will be responsible for any dismantling and hauling away of purchases - so make sure to bring your own help and your own tools.

Please note that any invoices not picked up within 14 days of the auction closing will be considered abandoned.
